All items in this store are made to order and fulfilled by Fourthwall’s trusted production and logistics partners.

Below is what you can expect for processing, delivery, and support.

Processing Times

Because everything is made fresh, processing times vary by item:

  • Stickers & small items: 2–5 business days

  • Apparel: 3–7 business days

  • Home goods & accessories: 3–8 business days

These times do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Times

After your order finishes production, it ships directly from Fourthwall’s fulfillment network.

Estimated delivery times:

  • USA: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 5–12 business days

  • UK/EU: 5–14 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Depending on what you order, items may ship separately.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.

International Orders, VAT & Customs

International customers may be charged VAT, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival.
These fees are set by your country and are not included in product prices or shipping costs.

Orders returned due to unpaid import fees are not eligible for refunds.

Order Issues & Replacements

If your order:

  • Arrived damaged

  • Is missing items

  • Has a print error

  • Was delivered incorrectly

  • Or you need help with an address correction

Returns & Exchanges

Because everything is made to order, we do not accept general returns or size exchanges.
However, if your item arrives defective or incorrect, please contact me — replacements are always covered.
